With the new wave of endorsements and deal signings that our industry acts have witnessed, it becomes the turn of in-house producer for Aristokrat Records, LeriQ to be yet another partaker of this ravaging feat.

LeriQ has divulged juicy info about a new contract signing via his Instagram page. He share the photo of the terms of agreement document with unarguably Africa’s biggest label platform, Sony Music Entertainment and accompanied with the caption as shown below.

Seyi Shay unwraps the visuals for her recently released high-life single written by Harrysong and produced by Del B titled “Jangilova”.

The engaging video is a play which stars Nollywood star actor O.C Ukeje made possible the Creative Arts Department of the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

It’s no news that super-Starboy, Wizkid is (or rather, has been) in messy feuds with a couple of his industry colleagues including, Davido, Saeon, Samklef and more recently, Skales where all parties felt the best irreconcilable means to dousing the tensioned fire that had brewed over time was to hash it out recklessly on social media platform, Twitter.

Going by Samklef’s Instagram post some several hours ago whose caption was an expression of gratitude and forgiveness, it appears they have buried the hatchet with the Ojuelegbacrooner’s simple gesture of turning up at his birthday on February 5th where they ‘laughed over everything’.

"EPIPHANY" would be Timaya’s sixth studio album joining the likes of 2face, Sound Sultan and P-Square who have achieved that feat in the afropopular genre of Nigerian music. But since the official unveiling of the album, it seems some dust has settled as we haven’t heard or seen anything new from the formerly dread-locked singer.

D'Banj had an energetic and electrifying performances last night 18th April at the Free Concert on Capitol Hill (Washington Monument Grounds) for the 45th Anniversary of Earth Day put on by Global Poverty Project and the Earth Day Network. Global Citizen Earth Day 2015 was organized by World Bank.

D'Banj is really a performer as he performed to a large crowd filled with dignitaries. He performed a new song titled SextraOrdinary.

This year is beginning to shape up for 2014headies next rated act, Patoranking. Asides winning the best African act at the recently concluded Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Festival (see full winners list), the dancehall king just signed yet another endorsement deal with Skyy Vodka.

Aristokrat Records hit-maker, LeriQ releases the visuals to his smash hit single "Say You Love Me" featuring Star Boy, Wizkid. It is the third single off of his highly anticipated debut album, TLS(The Lost Sound) set for release in the coming weeks.

The video, directed by MEX, and Aristokrat Visions, is a light blue-themed, slow, and colorful pictorial which shows both artistes frolicking and grinding with a couple of pretty chics.

A 5th year memorial concert will be held in honor of late rapper, Dagrin – real name, Olaitan Olanipekun who died on April 22, 2010, eight days after crashing his car in front of Alakara Police Station, Mushin, Lagos.

To be headlined by rappers Olamide andReminisce, the concert, which is set to hold on April 22 at Spice Route, Victoria Island, Lagos, will also feature Seriki, Lord of Ajasa, YQ, Sossick,WondaBoy, BaseOne, JahBless, PoslyTD, Chinko Ekun and CDQ.

The memorial concert is being organised by Eldar Records, a label which is home to the late rapper’s cousin, Arewa Oluwatosin Olanipekun a.k.a Tee Blaq.

Eldar Records CEO, Taofeek Olokodana, said there was no better way to mark the 5th year anniversary of Dagrin’s death than with a concert.

“We are hoping to see beyond death and pain while we celebrate his legacy, his evergreen music and gain in artistes he has influenced, includingTee Blaq who grew up with him,” Mr. Olokodana said.

Burna Boy has just taken things to the next level by signing a new deal with global brand Island Records, a subsidiary of Universal Music Group. The talented Reggae/Dance-Hall act took to Social Media to make the announcement moments ago and made the bold veclaim of being the first contemporary Nigerian act to OFFICIALLY sign a deal with the power brand.

The former Aristokrat Records front-runner had been independent since he parted ways with the label sometime last year. This is surely a step in the right direction for an artiste who’s possibly one of the most underrated names in the game. He should be clearing out all the major awards yearly.

Sunday Aare has manged artistes the likes of the defunct Mo’hits including D’banj, Omawumi, J Martins, Daddy Showkey and a couple of others who have recorded huge successes in their musical careers.

Big E Entertainment’s artiste, Magnito, premieres the video to his most recent single, “Mr Medicine“, a classic Afropop tune sprayed with dope lyrics by the “Kaka” crooner.

 Grafton Entertainment is proud to unveil the official video for “Bad Girl Special Remix” by Mr. 2Kay featuring Cynthia Morgan and Seyi Shay. The video was premiered on MTV Base last week, followed by several other cable and terrestrial music channels across Nigeria, Africa and the UK.

Mr. Tonye Ibiama, CEO of Grafton Records decided to release the video today, as the label could no longer handle the pressure from fans of Mr. 2Kay and lovers of the song. Exactly 3 years ago, on Wednesday March 30, 2012, Jesse Garba Abaga simply known as Jesse Jagz voluntarily quit his relationship with Chocolate City at the expiration of his 2-year deal.

3 years and 4 albums after, the talented rapper, singer and producer is making his way back to the record label and this is authoritative.

Recall that Chocolate City boss, Audu Maikori while announcing plans for the 10th anniversary of the label, hinted that a re-union of sorts was in the works. NET can now confirm to you that it’s a done deal and an official announcement by the label will be made soon.

Jesse Jagz further confirmed his return to Chocolate City by sharing pictures of himself, M.I Abaga, Audu Maikori and Loose Kaynon from a business meeting in Lagos today.

Good News for the fans of Choc Boyz “Jesse Jagz “Returns . There have been speculations about a possible return for Jesse Jagz to Chocolate City and CEO of the label Audu Maikori also hinted on a possible return some weeks ago.

After a break up almost 3 years ago and 2 solo albums ( Jagz Nation, Vol.1. Thy Nation Come, Jagz Nation Vol. 2: Royal Niger Company) he finally returns to his parent record label, his brother MI Abaga confirmed this some minutes ago on his instagram page .
