Star Music The Trek 2016 kicked off with an incredible concert in Makurdi and is moving to Abuja this weekend. The annual music concert which has a line-up of spectacular artistes released a hit track titled ‘My City Rocks’.

The song features 2Baba, Falz, Humblesmith, Sound Sultan, Cynthia Morgan, Mr Raw, Ice Prince, DJ Neptune, DJ Big N and Del B. The artistes jumped on the beat produced by Del B, and delivered lyrical expressions that represent various cities in Nigeria.

‘My City Rocks’ is theme song for Star Music The Trek 2016 and fans of the concert are already loving this hit track.

Fresh from thrilling the city of Makurdi, the 2016 Star Music The Trek is bringing the country’s most popular annual music concert to the center of Unity, Abuja.

The concert, which is sponsored by Nigeria’s foremost lager, STAR will feature blockbuster performances by some leading acts in the Nigerian music industry such as Darey, Davido, Falz, MI, Ice prince, DJ Neptune and DJ Big N. Comedian, Laffup, will host the fun-filled concert.

Star Music The Trek will take place at the old parade ground, Abuja on Saturday and broadcast live on HipTV.

Following Abuja’s concert, the 2016 Star Music The Trek will be making stops in Calabar on the 22nd of October, in Owerri on the 12th of November and the grand finale in Lagos on 26th of November 2016.
