THE TLC is an International conference for young leaders that offers a formidable platform for learning, inspiration, self-leadership and change.

This year’s conference is themed STAND UP FOR YOUR DREAMS inspired by a story of a young woman who had an eureka moment which led her to the realization that no one could ever achieve her dreams for her, except her. THE TLC HIGHLIGHTS:
THE TLC Quiz: The TLC Quiz is one of the cultural features in TLC that tests the participants on the core of the conference topic. It is open to all participants.

THE TLC MENTOR ME CHALLENGE: To equip participants with tools participants who register for the mentor me challenge and meet the criteria would be given the opportunity to be mentored for 6 months by mentors of which a documentary will be produced to record the events and the mentoring experience of the mentees afterwards.

INSPIRATIONAL SUCCESS STORY FEATURE: This is a session where an inspirational figure shares his or her success story and lessons to inspire and encourage young leaders.

LEARNING AND SELF-LEADERSHIP SESSIONS: This entails sessions geared at addressing the core of the conference theme.

TLC CHAT WITH THE STARS: Celebrating young leaders. This is an interview time out with young leaders between the ages of 15-25 years, doing amazing and impactful things in Africa.

NETWORKING: This session is aimed at networking and meeting new people as well as mentors for collaboration and personal goal advancement of the participants.
