NEXT OF KIN presents an afternoon during which a young woman returns to her late father’s house to pack up his personal effects after his tragic passing. The play covers themes of loss, grief, cultural practices around death, mourning, the burden of extended families,planning for one’s golden years, assets and inheritance, property, insurance and our nation’s current state of healthcare.
