Woman Rising 2016

The Life House proudly presents WOMAN RISING 2016 scheduled for Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th of March 2016 and in special celebration of International Women’s Day (IWD). WOMAN RISING 2016 is the sixth in the IWD celebration series which The Life House began in 2011.

Our IWD celebrations have infused various aspects of the arts (literature, visual art, dance, film) over the past 5 years and this year we are proud to continue in that tradition. We are planning an uplifting and connecting weekend featuring the most exciting female artists and artistes – for the enjoyment of the entire city (men and women alike).

This March, all can expect an intimate evening of fantastic live music performed by an all-women line up and our landmark exclusive networking brunch…all encapsulated in the WOMAN RISING 2016 Music Concert and Arts Weekender. There will be also be private fringe art and cultural salons which you can enjoy on invitation.
